Do I really pay nothing for the design?

Yes. We design your new homepage first and show it to you. If it's not for you, you owe nothing and that's the end of it.

What if I want changes?

Ask for them. Changes before you go live are part of the design. Once you're live, your monthly plan includes an hour of changes every month.

Can I keep my booking system?

Yes. Whatever you use for bookings, orders or payments now, we link it into the new site, so nothing changes for your customers or your staff.

Will I own my domain?

Yes. Your domain stays in your name. We ask for access by invitation, never for your passwords, and you can remove it whenever you like.

I already have a website. Can you redo it?

That's most of what we do. We keep what works, like your web address, your email and your bookings, and rebuild the rest so it's quick, clear and easy to find.

Do you take the photos as well?

Photography is a separate service. You can add a shoot at your place as a package with your website, or we work with the photos you have. Website clients also get partner rates on Isle of Wight Stock's island photos and clips.

Where are you based?

On the Isle of Wight. Most of our clients are here too, so we can come and see you in person.
